Nesh Spreads Holiday Cheer

Last week our team brought over 50 local Houstanites together with one purpose: to give back to the community in which we live, work, and love, at our 3rd Annual Charity Dinner & Toy Drive. The Nesh Team shares a passion for volunteerism and giving back, so we always look forward to this event.

Guests were able to donate the price of their tickets directly to a local Houston charity. Star of Hope, The Women’s Resource, and redM were the charities they could choose from. A representative from each joined us to share heartwarming stories that demonstrated the critical importance of their mission. “It feels really good to make a difference in the lives of others. We are lucky to have the opportunity to spread the word and raise awareness for these amazing organizations,” Nesh CEO and Co-Founder, Sidd Gupta, said.

We are pleased to announce that we raised nearly two thousand dollars from ticket sales alone. Additional funds were also donated to the charities through QR codes. This is a tradition that we plan to continue throughout the next several years and we’re excited to see our fundraising efforts expand as a result. In addition to the dollars raised, we also asked guests to bring toys to donate to the Houston Children’s Charity. We were thrilled to receive more than 100 toys!
